Our macaron towers are approximately 55cm tall, fit between 120-130 macarons and can be placed on a fondant covered base cake for cutting. 

Our macaron pyramid displays are the perfect candy bar centrepiece or wedding cake replacement which can also be placed on a fondant covered base cake for cutting. As the displays are stackable and fit up to 240 macarons we can customise the number of macarons on display to our client's requirements.

The macarons can be made almost any colour and we can try to create an exact match so long as we are given a swatch of material or a picture as a guide. As the flavour of the macaron comes from the filling we can make the following flavours in custom colours:

We do not recommend ordering dark colours or black as the amount of colouring required to achieve this is more than enough to stain the teeth, lips and tongue.
